Description
Deliver the best choripanes made from 100% legit longanizas from San Carlos in LONGAMÓVIL, the official videogame of the hit chilean film Denominación de Origen! LongaMóvil is a casual cooking game where you're in charge of the MSPLSC's food truck, grilling longanizas and marraqueta bread to make choripanes for customers. Add condiments (mayo and pebre) as requested, deliver them in time and aim for the highest score!
History
LongaMóvil is a collaboration between Ibis Interactive and Equeco, the production company behind Denominación de Origen, born after the film's premiere at Festival Internacional de Cine Valdivia 2024. Denominación de Origen is a mockumentary where facts meet fiction in an unique mix of storytelling that includes real life people and situations, media participation, real longaniceros, and more - this transmedia approach is what Tomás Alzamora (the film's director and writer) had in mind when collaborating with Ibis Interactive for the development of a videogame related to the movie. LongaMóvil also marks the first time a chilean videogame development studio makes a game adaptation for a chilean film.
